Elton speaking to a professional audience

Keynotes

Three keynote talks for people and businesses deciding what comes next.

One looks at human judgement in an AI-shaped future. One helps people understand what is shaping the way they live and work. One asks what must be built before the outcome can move.

Where to begin

Start with what the people in the room are facing.

That may be the speed of AI, the pressure to keep changing, a team trying to work better together, or the frustration of working hard without moving the outcome that matters.

The real question behind the event comes first. Elton then chooses the talk and angle he can serve honestly.

The brief comes before the slides.

The titles, examples and emphasis can be adapted for the event. The thinking behind each talk stays grounded in work Elton has developed and can stand behind.

01

People and AI

Human Judgement in an AI-Shaped Future

AI can perform more work than most people and businesses are ready for. This talk explores where it can remove barriers and extend what people do, where human judgement and relationships remain essential, and why technology still cannot fix a business that cannot deliver.

02

Human effectiveness

Most Effective You

People often live inside habits, routines, expectations and roles they have stopped questioning. This talk helps them understand what shapes the way they think, act, work with others and use their time, so they can make more intentional choices about what comes next.

03

Building capability

Build What Makes the Outcome Possible

People and businesses often push harder at the result without building what must sit behind it. This talk helps audiences look for the capability, people, systems, context and follow-through missing between the outcome they want and the way work happens today.

A talk built around your brief

A keynote shaped around the audience.

Some events begin with a specific business challenge. Elton can shape the title, examples and emphasis around that brief when it sits inside his real experience across human development, business or AI.

If the subject is not a genuine fit, he will say so rather than pretend to be the right speaker for everything.

Specific to the event. Honest about the fit.

Why Elton speaks

Inspiration matters. But it should lead somewhere.

Elton does not want people to feel motivated for a morning and then go back to exactly the same way of thinking.

He wants to help them see something they can return to when they make the next decision about their life, career or business.

Choosing the talk

Three questions help us find the right direction.

  1. 01

    What is changing?

What shift, uncertainty or opportunity has made this topic urgent for the audience?

  2. 02

    What are people wrestling with?

Where are people confused, avoiding a decision or relying on language that no longer helps?

  3. 03

    What needs to happen next?

What should people understand, discuss or be more ready to do after the talk?

Keynote questions

Scope before certainty.

Can the keynote title change for our event?

Yes. A title can be adapted once the audience, promise and subject boundaries are clear. The substance should lead the naming, not the other way around.

Can we combine all three themes?

Usually that weakens the talk. A better route is to choose the main tension and use the other ideas only where they support it.

Will the talk include examples from our business?

Only where the organisation supplies suitable context and the scope allows it to be understood responsibly. Private or sensitive material is not used as stage content by default.

Are talk fees listed publicly?

No. The proposal depends on format, preparation, location, travel and event requirements. Budget status can be shared in the enquiry without committing either party.

Choose the question first

Tell us what your audience is facing.

Share the event, the people who will be there and what you want the talk to help them understand. Elton will recommend the strongest direction.
